In the event that service is required for your home that you believe should be covered as described under our warranty guidelines, please submit this form. A copy of this form will be sent to the e-mail address you enter for your homeowner files. Documented repairs will be addressed during our normal business hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm.

Emergency circumstances such as plumbing leaks, extraordinary electrical failures, etc., should be conveyed directly to the appropriate contractor (see contractor list in your kitchen cabinet for phone numbers).

Please refer to the Homeowner’s manual you were given at closing, if you are unsure of what is considered normal homeowners maintenance.
