Once you have chosen your move-in-ready home, your New Home Consultant will give you the Avtec Approved Lenders list. Your lender will provide you with a pre-qualification letter for the sale price of the home you have chosen, along with an estimate of your closing costs and monthly payment.

A meeting with your New Home Consultant to complete your home purchase agreement is the last step. We will then schedule your home closing — and you will receive the keys to your brand new Avtec Home!
