Our son and daughter-in-law purchased first, and after looking for a home in the Deltona area, we purchased our own Avtec Home. We (both) love the quality of our homes and the low electrical bills. My forever dream home
Going through this during COVID was trying, but the staff made the experience as stress free as possible– ending with the creation of my forever dream home. Everything worked out the way it was supposed to. I’d especially like to commend Joe Torres, Nichole, Tina and Corey.

Everything Avtec promised was delivered
We decided to go with Avtec when we moved from New York to Florida. Their Paradise home offered us everything we were looking for. We are very happy with Avtec; they built us a quality home and we feel like we are in paradise every day!
We bought the Paradise because of the kitchen island, the beautiful master bathroom shower –and of course the three-car garage. I want to thank the whole Avtec family, beginning with Stacey who sold us the home, Brian the construction manager and of course Becky in the main office. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and everything Avtec promised was delivered. Everyone who visits loves our home, too! We would recommend Avtec to everyone.

We are the first to build the Mirada and Brian has been awesome in keeping us informed the entire time. Being that we were 15 + hours away for most of our build, this could have been an extremely stressful process. This By Far Exceeds Any of Our Dreams
My wife and I recently had our new home build completed and have moved in. We could not be happier! We have owned one other home in the past and this by far exceeds any of our dreams of a new home.

Impressed With Home Under Construction
I do have to tell you after being in a service trade myself, I am impressed! The entire house so far has been built and designed so well. Mark is awesome and answers questions and is more easy to talk to than any superintendent than I have seen in years! A guy I work with also built an Avtec home and he said the same thing!

My husband and I just closed on our beautiful home in Deltona Fl, July 23, 2019. We have acquired a new family in Avtec and I will never ever forget this experience. From beginning to the end we owe our thanks to Lisa Selleck, Ed, Garrett, and Becky Swanson! This a group of professional, patient, very customer friendly individuals that were with us all the way to closing. Lisa kept us up with step by step pictures from the clearing of the lot to the home going up and always so helpful in answering all questions above and beyond. Garrett was and still is very involved in anything that was done or has to be taken care of and is also very patient with us. Becky and Ed are also very professional and customer friendly and will go above and over to answer all and any questions when it comes to completion of the homes.
